Enforcement of Servers

While the CyberGatekeeper agent is capable of running on servers, InfoExpress recommends that servers are never subjected to quarantine as a best practice. Doing so may result in a denial of service for users accessing the server or its resources, and may create a larger issue than that which triggered the quarantine.

The agent may still run, audit, notify, remediate and log policy actions on servers, but best practice is to ensure that the servers are whitelisted or not on a subnet where enforcement is enabled.
