This announcement details the End of Support dates and supported status for all InfoExpress product versions. Product versions that have reached their End of Support date will not be updated with bug-fixes or new features, and support will not be provided until customers have upgraded to a supported platform and/or version.

All customers should be aware of the following schedule and plan accordingly.

Unsupported Platforms

In addition to the product versions noted below, not all Operating Systems are supported. The Operating Systems listed below are not supported with any InfoExpress product:

  • Windows 95
  • Windows 98
  • Windows ME
  • Windows NT
  • Windows XP
  • Windows 2000
  • Windows 2003
  • Windows Vista
  • MacOSX 10.6 or Older

Additional Information

Contractual means bug fixes are added only as required per the maintenance agreement. In general this means providing bug fixes only when workarounds will not resolve the severity 1 or severity 2 bug, where a workaround may include upgrading to a later release for systems that are affected. Severity 1 includes issues where all production users are denied critical services. Severity 2 includes issues where many production users are denied critical services.
